As Head of UX at a globally recognised organisation, Dave led the delivery of innovative strategies and designs for high-profile clients across diverse sectors. He managed end-to-end processes, including Digital Strategy, Service Design, User Research, UX Design, Prototyping, Usability Testing, and seamless integration into Feature Delivery through Scaled Agile, DevOps, and Lean methodologies.

Lead Designer and Product Owner
Dave played a pivotal role in transforming product development at a market-leading startup by prioritising user-centric design. He oversaw all brand and design responsibilities for a SaaS supply-chain traceability tool, working with top global brands including M&S, Tesco, Speedo, Wal*Mart, and FSC. Notably, he led the product development of the system that provided full traceability of the medals for the 2010 London Olympics.

In his role as Global Web Coordinator for Kraft, Dave managed the deployment of hundreds of brand websites across international markets, including high-profile brands such as Philadelphia, Cote d'Or, Milka, and Toblerone. He oversaw the entire process, from coordinating with external design agencies to ensuring design and accessibility standards, while collaborating closely with internal engineering teams to optimize CMS usage. Dave’s leadership resulted in a 400% increase in annual site deployments and a reduction in deployment costs by over 70%.
